2. Contact Form & Inquiries (CRM)
- Data Scope: Name, email address, message details, and optionally website URL and project budget.
- Purpose & Legal Basis: Answering inquiries and preparing business proposals (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and managing customer relationships in our CRM system (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest).
- Retention Period: Inquiries are retained in our business CRM system for the duration of communication and relationship, and subsequently until the expiration of statutory limitation periods for potential legal claims or until a justified objection is filed.
3. Analytics, Cookies & Google Consent Mode v2
This website uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) with Google Consent Mode v2:
- When analytical cookie consent is denied, Google Tag Manager sends cookieless pings only, allowing Google to model aggregate metrics without persisting cookies or profiling individual users.
- Marketing tags (such as Google Ads, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag) are loaded strictly upon explicit, affirmative user consent.
4. Infrastructure & Security
The site is served through Cloudflare’s global edge network (Cloudflare Pages, Cloudflare Workers, DNS). All data transmission is secured by SSL/TLS encryption. Technical server logs may temporarily process IP addresses solely for DDoS mitigation, intrusion prevention, and network stability.
