You work directly with me – no middlemen, no unnecessary meetings, and no guessed projections. Every decision is documented in a single PRD, and you test the real working solution on my server from day one.
In a short meeting we agree on what should improve in your business and how we will measure it. I write all decisions down in a PRD – one document that guides the whole project. I design the analytics layer at this stage too.
- I run a short workshop session (approx. 60 min) – no multi-page forms

I build a working version right away, which you test after logging in on my server – on desktop and mobile. You leave feedback directly in the view. When changes are made or a decision is needed, you receive an email update.

I expand the working version to the full PRD scope. Every change appears in the test environment. When changes are deployed or unaligned questions arise, you immediately receive an email notification.
